ARIZONA STATE: MORE THAN A PARTY SCHOOL

I love fast facts & ASU- which means I REALLY love fast facts about ASU.  I was putting together some info today about the campus and was pretty impressed with what my Alma Mater has to offer.  Don’t get me wrong- I think they have earned their “party school” rep, but they are actually doing lots of really cool things! Like did you know we are in the top 5 for corporate recruitment? Or that we are in ranked in the top 25 for biological sciences? And that I happen to be RELATED to a biological science degree holder? It’s true…

Here’s what I found:

General:

With 250 Degrees and over 800 Clubs, ASU serves more than 74,000 students in metropolitan Phoenix, Arizona, enrolling students from all 50 U.S. states and more than 140 nations.

ASU also has more recent graduates studying abroad on Fulbright grants this year than any other public college except for the University of Michigan, with 20 alumni in 13 different countries.

I thought this link was a good general overview of ASU. http://www.asu.edu/myfuture/connect.html
